Speakin about back strains.. slip disc... wadeva.. the root to the probs is bcuz i had a fracture in between my spinal disc( there is no cure for it).. d doc says no more strainous exercise or any form of workout which involves the bendin of my back.. in other words.. i cant bend my back. our spine is made up of bones which are known as discs. a pair of disc are joint together by 2 other bones.. which are the "legs" to support one another. the fracture means that 1 of the "leg" is broken. its in the L3 of my spine. this fracture has caused my legs to feel weak at times. back strains.. aches.. hip problems.. etc.. if i don't stop exercising.. the other "leg" might break n eventually.. the pair of discs are without "legs".. oh brother! that sucks.. Even if the fracture "leg" is healed. it will not be as strong as b4.. so.. ddoc says.. do not take any chances.. stop soccer. =( then i tot for a moment.. its lyk wantin my life.. i cant play soccer.. =( soccer-less .. but.. alwayz look on the bright side of life lex. u can still do other stuffs besides sports.. ha.. all i could tink of is slp wk up.. movies.. shopping.. computer.. work? maybe.. depends.. could be..
