National Service isn’t that boring and devastatingly screw-up as it seems. At least I get to go home every weekend with a shaved head of cuz. Haha. But come to think of it, booking out on Saturday afternoon and booking in on Sunday night is a too short period of time. Fortunately, I’m stucked at tekong for 7 weeks. 2 weeks has passed with a flash. 5 to go. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time inside with my platoon buddies and companions. They are a bunch of funny people. Poor me. Just 2 weeks in BMT and I strained my back and twisted my right ankle. I wanna do more activities god damnit. Training is rather slack for me as I m excused heavy load and lower limb. Haha. Seems to be excused for almost all activities. No SOC, IPPT, Even field camp I get to return to bunk. But I will grow fatter if this continues. I have gained 5kgs for the past 2 weeks. Sheesh. Another change in me is that I start to use more vagularities when talking. Haha.. At least now I have something to look forward to after BMT. I miss my freedom loads. Mainland activities and my group of friends. Darn it, 6th December my Passing out day. Most importantly, not forgetting, thank you for “accompanying” me via phone or sms for the past few weeks. without ur "company" every tekong day lives in the darkness. You know who you are. Special thanks. =)
Every night during admin time, most of my bunkmates would be on the phone with their love ones and happily chatting. The remaining few which includes me, would gather and play the guitar, chat, have night snacks. Day by day, time flies and memorable experience gained. To be honest, I hope to gain something from this BMT rather than waiting for passing out day. Lex, 5 more weeks. Freedom, fun, etc.. awaits.
Miss everything on mainland. =)
